McDonald's locations in Amarillo, TX

I ordered a Chicken McNugget meal (large) and a Quarter Pounder meal through the drive-thru. They totally forgot the fries on the QP meal, the food was lukewarm when we got it and the help could totally care less about me or anyone else (opinion) plus the fact that the wait was more than 15 minutes with two cars in front of me. I'm sorry, but if I'm going to pay $19.50 for 2 meals, I expect it to be at least hot, fresh and correct. I can't believe how bad McDonald's is anymore. They just lost my business.

Worse drive thru in Amarillo. The set up is so frustrating! Confusing for everyone and easy for the rude people to cut! I will not be back and will share my experience with anyone who will listen!!!

A sign on the interior menu board offered a Quater Pound meal for $7.99 (I have a picture) - our meals rang up $9.09. When I questioned this and asked for a manager – she stated that her manager was not in the building and she was the MOD. So, the MOD (who took our order) stated that she would have to take it up with her manager.
The MOD also stated that they were out of diet coke, so we settled for un-sweat tea. After finishing our meal, we tried the Diet Coke at the self-serve, and yes, Diet Coke was available.
When the MOD brought our food, she stated the she upgraded our fries - great - NOT - she just cleaned out the old fries (soggy and limp).
Her manager (Maria) eventually came in from the exterior, during our meal, and could not / would not fix the issue. She offered to comp another meal on our next meal. I asked her to put it in writing and she refused - she stated that I should just ask for her on our next visit. Is she there 24/7?
I then asked her to contact her boss (Margot) and she stated that I would have to return the next day at 8:00AM. This will be my last visit to a McDonalds in Amarillo - I believe that they are all owned by the same individual or group.

This is the second time i have atempted to eat at this place and had to leave after sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Because nobody tries to take my order!!! The other few timesi have gone there smoothie isalways not working. Take it off the menue if your too lazy to make one. All the mcdonalds in this town suck! Poor service if you can get service at all. .

This is the WORST McDonald's there is...I go through the drive thru every Sunday and order the same thing and they get it wrong EVERY time, then when I go around to get it fixed it gets fixed with the wrong thing again...I once had to go around 3 times to get my order!! All during this time it was like I was an inconvenience to the workers, they could have cared less!!! The "manager" if you can call her that is worthless (brown curly hair, glasses, has a clueless look on her face). If you don't want to ruin your entire day by dealing with complete morons then don't go to this McDonald's. Monkeys could run that place better.
