LensCrafters locations in San Antonio, TX

My child received frames and lenses through the Prevent Blindness Healthy Eyes eyeglass foundation, the letter clearly states to use Lenscrafters as a provider (and the store my daughter wanted to go to) I called and spoke with Dominique he said no I dont think we are a participating provider but let me check. He came back and said no we do not honor that program. I asked to speak with management and was again told no then she said "you are calling it by the wrong name, thats why we have never heard of this, its your fault for calling it the Healthy Eyes whatever whatever... we are only familiar with the program named the Gift of Sight, so again its your fault for calling the program by the wrong name so if you think you still want to come by go ahead" I asked for her district office name and number and have called and complained about this unprofessionalism in this store. I was made to feel as if I were a nuisance before I even arrived there. Gas is expensive and the card does list other stores, but my child preferred Lenscrafters. We will try a different location, do not use this store they dont want any business apparently.
