Jack in the Box locations in Mesa, AZ

Jack in the Box hires workers either they don't speak english or they are just stupid, Called to see if I had left a package there and the mexican worker hung up on me. Told me to call the manager tomorrow and hung up on me.

This location didn't let us know they were out of the food we ordered until 15 minutes after we paid. Instead of chicken strips we got 4 paties from the $1 chicken sandwich. What an expensive waste of money and time - the food took longer than a sit down restaurant. Our sourdough jacks were cold with soggy bread and our fries were half full. We spent almost $40 and when we contacted the manager to tell her about out disappointment she was rude, did not care and offered nothing to compensate us. It's workers like the ones at this location that ruin jack in the box. I am not racist by any means, but having employees talk bad about you in Spanish is absolutely offensive. This is the last time I eat at jacks because I am so tired of the rude Mexican employees they hire - they could care less about quality or service. Finally, they refused to honor my coupon and charged me twice for something I ordered one of. Not only do they lack customer service skills, the employees do not listen or pay attention - so any customization to your order is ignored everytime. Low quality, slow service and high cost - forget it

Went in for a Fish Sandwich and was told they no longer carried them. Also wanted the sweet potato fries, and was told that was only a special that they no longer had, instead got a very average cheeseburger, and less than stellar french fries. This used to be an outstanding place, I guess time and the incoming Snow Birds changes all things good to most things average and expensive. Welcome to the New Arizona Business Model.
