I went through the drive-through and ordered a spicy chicken combo when I arrived at home I realized my order was incorrect my chicken sandwich was only a piece of chicken and a bun. I called the store several times but no one answered the phone.
I used to stop by this Jack-in-the-Box every morning on my way to work but the drive-through was so slow that it was making me late for work. I have since started visiting a competiting fast food restaurant that completes my order correctly in less than two minutes.
I have been a very loyal customer ,but I am frustrated that no one is available to correct my problem. My meal was a huge disappointment.
