Employees have always been very helpful, and Arianna (in Returns) in Oceanside Store has gone over and above with help when I returned a Laura Ashley comforter that had pilled tremendously. She spent a great amount of time making phone calls to see if the same mødel was available in any of the other stores. I commend her. When walking thru the store I was approached by several employees from different departments asking if I needed help. This happens to be my favorite store (and now you know why), especially since I lost my home to "Hurricane Sandy" 2 years ago--I have had to replace everything!
