I ordered $22.00 worth of food through the drive thru today. I get home to a bag full of mess. Everything was thrown in one smaller bag, and they forgot a large curly fry. That I ordered andpaid for. So I all the store and have repeatedly called for over anhour and NO ONE will answer that phone. Poor customer service and didn't get what I paid for, so I was robbed. I work very hard for my money and it is beyond upsetting that I paid for an item I did not receive and now can't get ahold of anyone to make it right. I'm in management and I would have to say if you can't answer a phone then you shouldn't be in the position.
Would you recommend Arby's: Unit #0118 to others? No
