AT&T is far too big to actually care about any of their customers and treat us as "learning experiences." Do not join AT&T. You'd have a far better customer service experience simply gouging your eyes out wiht an ice pick.
I went in to simply have my ex removed from my plan and put on his own. Instead they decided to give him his own brand new 2 year service contract UNDER MY PLAN, then tell us, "oops, we messed up but we literally can't do anything about it, and that's why this should be a good learning experience for our associates."
