I added a line to my existing account. We asked to add on an authorized user and if we qualified for any discounts. She said we could easily add both, but seemed like she was barely listening. When I got my bill there was no discount, which lead me to find there was also no authorized user. Neither of our requests were taken care of, so I did it myself through customer service. It was very frustrating to ask questions that seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I would suggest using an att store opposed to a retailer. The actual product is great, but the customer service is lacking at this location.
