Ice Cream Parlors in Dubuque, IA

I have never gotten good service at this DQ. The place is always unorganized. I have gotten partial orders and wrong orders almost every time I have been in. But tonight was discusting. It was so dirty. The counters where they were making food was filthy, the shake blender was gross. Underneath where the toppings for ice cream was filthy. The floors were dirty and the seating area had trash all over and dirty tables. The pictures I attached I plan to send to the health department. Also the employees always look disheveled and tonight several looked dirty. Food should not be prepared in this type of environment. This was at the 4039 Pennsylvania Dubuque, Iowa location.
