I would like to ask this question of anyone who communicates or attempts to communicate with Walmart, any department manager or any department associate, ( other than Pharmacy).!
How many times do you call your local Walmart SuperCenter and get an answer in less than 4 rings. (4) RINGS?
This is a test question, as I honestly want to exercise fairness with the experience. PLEASE don’t use Covid as an excuse. During this pandemic all businesses better be thinking about the other side of this restriction oriented lifestyle. I do not intend to seem critical as I understand we have all been doing our best to get through it. I simply realize as it comes to a close and businesses are able to be free from restrictions; there will be a swing back to busy business. All business leaders should be gearing up with the opportunity they have had to exercise the best of customer services. Please call your local Walmart if for nothing else; find out how many rings it takes to get an answer… then how many rings to get an answer from the department you ask for. As you can imagine, the Walmarts I have tried have left much to be desired. 10, 20, 30, rings; no answer at all, way too often. To be fair, my experience has only been in the Katy area. enough said!
