KDA_3_10111 - --In the RIC #1, 1/2 of gallons of 2% milk did not have a open or discard date. PIC was not sure when the milk was open. COS Milk was discarded.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --Food contact skillets and lids were stored in metal grill drawers pans. The pans had grease and food debris inside of the metal pan. COS The skills and lids were removed to be washed rinsed, and sanitized.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the MT, diced ham had a measured temperature of 49F. PIC said it had been in the MT for 10 hours. COS PIC discarded the ham.
KDA_4_60111A - --Stored as clean and stacked, a food contact plastic cleaner had old date marking sticker on the exterior surface. COS Container was removed and place in the warewashing area to be wash, rinsed, and sanitized. Pans that were stored in the grill drawer had visible grease and food debris on the interior surface. COS Pans were removed and placed in the warewashing sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
KDA_4_60111C - --There was a build up of visible dried food in between the waffle makers and grease build up on the waffle makers. The RIC #1 and #2 had a yellowish liquid substance on the bottom of the RIC. There was visible food debris on the shelves that stored the plates.
KDA_6_50112A - --There was standing water on the floor in front of the glass RIC #1.
KDA_7_20111B - --In the storage room on a rack, a box of super suds dish detergent was stored on a wire shelf above insulated coffee can and single use cappuccino lids. COS Detergent was removed.
