DONALD J MANGINI Is still listed as the Property Owner on All Seattle Public Utility and Seattle City Light Bills. All Accounts are and have been addressed to Collin D Brady, who does not reside in or at this property nor has he for over a year from what my records have given me as a current tenant.
Each Room has been individually leased out for $800 a month for each room. The Current Landlord who has been signing these leases goes by the name of David Sadis.
Mr. Sadis also claims that he owns the property. He is planning to tear the historic landmark down to create a 7 story apartment building with 60+ something units.
Both me and the last tenant here have pursued investigations with the landlord and have undergone immense harassment and discrimination. As far as we know, we are not receiving relocation assistance despite the demolition of our home.
The property of 4727 12th Ave NE Seattle WA 98105 is still currently under investigation by the Seattle Department of Construction & Corrections.
