Observation: Cucumbers in contact with a towel. Do not use linens as a food contact surface.

Observation: time used as a public health control for cut mellon, cut lettuce, and sliced cheese.Time was not tracked at inspection for time product left thermal control. Staff stated cut lettuce may be used for future service.Time mark or track time food is on display and not under thermal control.
- Food on display is protected from contamination by consumers
Observation: Sneezeguard only covers half of food items on service line. Short term correction was completed at inspection by covering desert with lids.A long term corrective action with snezze guards is needed.
