Observation:Cutting board across from oven marked with cuts and had residue build-up. Ice machine had residue build-up in the interior top dispensing area. Knives stored soiled on magnetic strip in kitchen facing ice machine.

Observation: Food employee touched raw beef and chicken with gloves and did not wash hands in between glove change. Inspector instructed employee to wash hands.
