Observation: Unable to verify certified food protection certificate. Manager stated other manager had certificate but did not have a copy on site. Provide copy to LCPH.

Observation: Handwashing sink in food prep area did not have any hand drying available. Paper towels were brought to sink during inspection.

Observation:Observed not rinsing soap off meat slicer before submerging in sanitizer, sanitizer water drained and refilled. Must rinse soap off before sanitize. Corrected on site.

Observation:Ice machine has small area of buildup along interior seam on door, clean and sanitize all interior surfaces at least once monthly or more frequently if buildup occurs.

Has cardboard liner on shelf in walk in cooler under cheeses, and on shelf under chemical bottles. Must provide a material that is smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent for these purposes.

1) Has spray sanitizer bottle hanging on side of prep table by meat slicer, and many chemicals stored on shelf above soda boxes. Must move all chemicals so as not to be immediately adjacent to or located over food or food service items. 2) Spray sanitizer bottles not labeled, must label with common name to prevent confusion.
