    1) A chemical spray bottlel not labeled. Must label all working container with common name for easy identification. 2) Chlorine sanitizer was too strong in spray bottle. Must maintain santizer at 50 - 100 ppm for adequate sanitation. REPEAT VIOLATION.
  • Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
    Didn't have sanitizer available at time of inspection for food contact surfaces cleaning, such as dinning tables. Must use sanitizer to spray counter tops and other food contact surfaces to prevent foodborne illness. Sanitizer is the most effective way to ensure surface are clean.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Did not have a test kit to check concentration of sanitizer. Must have a test strips to ensure adequate levels of sanitizer are being used. REPEAT VIOLATION.
  • Poisonous or toxic materials used and applied
    1) A chemical spray bottlel not labeled. Must label all working container with common name for easy identification. 2) Chlorine sanitizer was too strong in spray bottle. Must maintain santizer at 50 - 100 ppm for adequate sanitation. REPEAT VIOLATION.
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
    Wiping cloths not maintained in sanitizing solution between use. Wiping cloths must be maintain in sanitizer when not immediately use.
