    hot oil filtering equipment, can openers, non-food contact surfaces, kick plates, ventilation hood systems filters, bearings and gear boxes, and condenser units
  • Sewage disposed of according to law
    Observation: Deli sink near the dishwasher is leaking.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Cartons of raw eggs were on the top shelf in the walk-in deli cooler above an uncut melon and pineapple
  • Reportable symptoms, diagnosis, past illness, and history of exposure.
    Observation: Employee health reporting was discussed with store manager on 10/17/12 and a copy of Form 1-B was provided. Employee health reporting was discussed with store manager again on 11/14/13. This is still not being addressed in a verifiable manner.
  • Food is properly labeled
    Observation: Items such as banana cream pie, turkey BLT, egg/ham/chicken salad sandwiches and wraps do not have adequate labeling (including store information, ingredients and weight/count).
  • Storage of clean equipment and utensils
    Observation: Two cases of single-service containers were being stored directly on the floor
