Hi! I am a customer of Shell’s gas station where located at Shell 21025 Tomball Parkway Houston,Texas 77070. On 10/05/2021 I came to this address to pump gas and to wash my car. I paid for 2 services, pump gas and wash my car. Yesterday, I came to this gas station for washing my car. It was not work for washing. The man who works at the store said to me that I have to go back to gas station. Today, Saturday October 16 2021, I came to gas station and I met other man who said to me that my receipt was pass through 10 days. I show him expired is 10/19/2021. But he did not hear me. He said that I have to meet the manager. I feel bad with this attitude of the people who serves at the store.
