Description: Mohawk Park is the grand old man of Tulsa public links. It comprises two 18-hole courses, Woodbine and Pecan Valley. Woodbine was built in the ’20s and then renovated by Floyd Farley in the ’30s. The 6,482-yard, par 72 course features Bermuda grass fairways and bent-grass greens. There are three par three holes and three par fives on the course. This parklike course features tall trees, generous fairways, and large greens.The newer Pecan Valley course is shorter, tighter, and has more par three holes than Woodbine. Pecan Valley is 5,288 yards long with a par of 68. The first nine holes have been redeveloped with only par threes and par fours. This front nine is used for the First Tee program for young golfers.Mohawk Park has a large driving range with a grass hitting surface, practice bunkers, and practice greens. There is a snack bar that serves burgers, hot dogs, and other sandwiches, and breakfast on weekends. The pro shop is well stocked to meet any needs.
