What you will get are unpretentious southwestern rooms and location, location, location. If you’re looking for luxury, you can walk across the street to the Inn at Loretto, but be prepared to pay from three to ten times as much, depending on the room. Either way, you’re 2 blocks from the Plaza and just footsteps from some of the city’s historic landmarks. Garrett’s has an authentic French bakery, Le Zodiac Cafe, on the premises and a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool.
