Ezra’s Place - Restaurants - Albuquerque, New Mexico

City: Albuquerque, NM
Category: Restaurants
Telephone: (505) 344-1917

Description: An offspring of Sophia’s Place just up the road, Ezra’s is tucked around the side of Lucky 66 Bowl, the same bowling alley where Sadie’s (see listing on page 79) was once located. Look for Ezra’s Place in big graffiti across the wall, directing you up the ramp and into the spacious restaurant, with windows overlooking the bowling lanes. The restaurant interior is modest in appearance, but the food has won the same kind of rave reviews as the parent restaurant, with highlights that include a Kobe beef burger with blue cheese and caramelized onions, duck confit with French lentils and mustard sauce, and duck enchiladas and quesadillas. There are nightly specials, and Ezra’s Place serves wine, beer, and tequila margaritas but not a full bar. The popular brunch on Saturday and Sunday offers dishes like huevos rancheros, eggs Benedict, and mixed berry or special pancakes. Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Saturday, with brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday.
