Description: Dale Northrup, the former hotel critic turned innkeeper who owns the Percy Inn in Portland’s West End, also owns three apartment-style suites that he rents out strictly for long-term guests. The Park Row apartment is located on Park Street in a gorgeous Federal-style brick row house that dates back to the early 19th century. The apartment includes a living room with a working fireplace, a full kitchen, a bedroom with an ornamental fireplace, and a full bath. Two other studios are also available at different locations in Portland’s West End. All three extended-stay accommodations must be rented for at least one week. All long-term accommodations, like the Percy Inn itself, are located in one of Portland’s most elegant residential neighborhoods, just blocks away from the city center. Pets are not allowed. Long-term rates run from $69 to $159 per night, depending on the location.
