Description: No experience is needed to create your own pottery or mosaic at Kiln Creations. Children also are welcome. You don’t have to be an artist either. Just pick a piece of unfinished pottery, create your design (use stencils, stamps, and idea books if you need help getting started), choose from over 40 colors, and paint your piece. They will glaze and fire the pottery, and it is ready to pick up in a week. For mosaics, select a good base, choose glass tiles and gems to create your own design, glue tiles to the wood piece, and take some grout to finish the piece at home.The pottery is safe to use for eating and drinking. Paints and glazes used at the shop are lead-free. The paint time for an adult is usually one or two hours, children an hour or less—depending on the size of the piece and level of detail.
