Description: This popular, sprawling, always-green park lies on the west side of town in the Skyway/Broadmoor area. The fields are almost always busy with soccer, rugby, football, or lacrosse games, both pick-up and team. There are 8 pavilions of various sizes, the largest of which can seat up to 150 people. Each pavilion has tables and grills and some have an electrical outlet. On spring, summer, and fall weekends, the pavilions are busy with family parties, group events, reunions and more (so book ahead of time if you need one of the bigger pavilions). There are restrooms, 2 playgrounds, 2 sand volleyball courts (bring your own net and ball), 4 horseshoe pits (bring your own ‘shoes), 8 tennis courts with lights, an archery range, an exercise course, a basketball court, and small picnic areas. You can see why this park is so popular!
