After inspecting the facility it has been found that all the food items are within the range of required temperatures.
* It is observed that all the employees are using hand gloves when required.
Updated green sign.

Inspection prompted due to complaint of customer becoming ill after eating cinnamon twists from facility. During inspection entire process of the making of the making of the cinnamon twists was walked through. Customer stated that twist tasted and smelled funny. Ingredients for twists are stored in sealed containers away from chemicals. Twists are then fried and placed in bags. Bags are stored away from chemicals. After twists are bagged they are stored on shelf under warmer. Shelf was clean. Twists are discarded at 8pm and new ones are made. Cleaning is done at night. Informed manager to ensure that employees change gloves between cleaning and making food. Also went over proper hand washing. At time of inspection complaint could not be confirmed or denied.
