I despise my boss. I don’t like to dislike someone this much

They always have their cameras on in meeting and laugh at her lame humor. Ask questions, take notes. It all seems so phony and cultish. Now some of my coworkers who hated the merger and talked about how much they didn’t like it and her and now backing down and playing up to her also. I just can’t do it.

I had a supervisor who would promise you stuff and never fulfill it. After awhile we'd hear "You guys will get a steak dinner for this!"



We just did or jobs after awhile, knowing she was full of crap.

Sorry you are going through this.

If it is that bad, you might consider another job. At least apply to see what is out there.
