Android App For Entering Work Schedule/Silencing Phone Automatically (tips, job, exam)

I am not sure if I should post this here or in another forum like computers or electronics (phones).

Anyway, I start a new job that is schedules based. I need an app for Android where I can quickly enter a schedule and then it will direct the phone, in a "profiles" sort of way, to change the phone's particulars (sounds, alerts etc) based on that schedule.

The app I have so far (Shift Calendar by Little Fox Studio) does well with respect to letting you enter a schedule easily, so you always have your schedule on you, but it doesn't direct the phone to turn off ringers during those times.

Basically they combine various social media and apps to try to do things automatically.

For example it can say silence your cell phone during a meeting and turn it up once you are done. Get a gmail to remind you to bring an umbrella if it rains etc.

I'm still learning it myself. There's also tasker but that I think is a bit advanced.
