Should I Go For This Industrial Systems Associates Degree? (college degree, employers, hired)

Im 19, so I figure since Im young, employers would hire me as an Industrial Maintenance Technician because Im more physically able and by the time Im 25, I'll probably have enough experience to be hired as an Industrial Maintenance Technician anywhere. I'll also probably transfer this to a University.

I can't speak for that degree specifically, but having a degree is better than not having one, and getting a full college degree is even better. Just look for chances to get relevant experience since that's another big thing with employers.
