These two drive me crazy:

1. PC: High net worth individual
Traditional: Wealthy person

2. PC: Administrative assistant
Traditional: Secretary

"leverage"

Not new, but "pro-active" instead of saying "active." People who are being "pro-active" are also giving "110%."

While I tend to loath anything PC, this one I actually agree with to a point. In the modern office the traditional secretary is almost gone. Managers all know how to type, and much of the secretary type work has been automated. So most AAs truly do a broad range of things now and is usually a skilled position(see the thread about what use to be entry level jobs that now require a degree). I can't remember the last time I saw a Dolly Parton/9-to-5 type secretary. I think the last one was in a steel company about 10 years ago.

PC: Environmental Specialist
Traditional: Janitor

I saw this beauty on a job ad recently. Didn't know whether to laugh or cry...especially for $7.25/hr, with a year experience, but I'm just rambling now...

metrics
optics
skill set
get a "haircut"
think outside the box
create new strategies
market yourself

and my favorite: "absolutely" instead of a simple yes

"Excellent Communication Skills" (PC) vs. "Can Read/Speak/Write English" (non-PC)

"Going forward". While now sure if this is a "PC" term per se, when someone says, "Going forward, we need to do it this way" it is a nice but in my opinion, rather grating way of saying that we messed it up, next time, do it differently.

Although, I probably hate it more because it was a phrase used by the only boss I have ever had whom I actively hated.

I started noticing this last year. I find it annoying too. At first, I thought they were jobs for safety and environmental health professionals.

I think excellent communication skills go beyond just being able to simply read/speak/write English.

engaged- really who wants to be engaged with their customers and co workers?
and in the PC gone wrong category my vote goes to 'field workers' for non corporate employees
