Hi Dackelmom,
Do you live near this house? I'm currently looking at this house so hearing from someone who lives nearby would be super helpful.
Wondering about cell service and internet up there. Any ideas about coverage, speeds, internet providers, etc.

I live 5 hours away and haven't been out to look yet. But if cell and internet are good, I'll be out this weekend.

We are the neighbors on the left ;-)
Fiber optic was just installed in the neighborhood last year,we’ve got Skybest since then,no complaints!
Cell phone service is by Telecom,no issues with them either!
Let me know if you have any more questions!

What a great house! I miss living in the mountains. What is your elevation there?

Thank you! If I were to move back to the mountains, I'd look for 3,500-3,700 feet. We were at 4,400 and it was a tad too chilly for me. Even in the middle of summer, I couldn't sit out on the deck without a jacket. But I sure loved that it never got hot during the summers, unless we went down to town where the elevation was much lower.

We’re at 2650 feet and love the temperatures. We are typically several degrees cooler than Hendersonville since we are about 500 feet higher and are surrounded by trees which also helps keep the temps cooler.
