Today in Buxton, Derbyshire

We went up to 11.2c/52f

With the heating on inside however, it was a comfortable 24c/75f in my room, til I turned the heating off, and it's plummeting again.

THANK GOD I get a new double glazed window put in soon.

You turn the heat on when its 52° out!? I have my window open at that temperature (usually).

75° is way too warm of an indoor temperature. I think the highest my father sets it is around 68°, but even that feels too warm.

But each to their own.
