Agreed, geared.

The State Demographics office gave me that info--I didn't ask for the other counties.

There are several reasons why they don't grow"

1. Older population

2. Not a reasonable commute from Seattle or Portland

3. Not too many jobs

4 Round about roads to places.

5. Unknown. When I started a thread about who knew Skamokawa - there may have been one or two responses. I think those places are about the most scenic and have the best climate in the state -this entire next week will have highs of 72 or 73. Because of the low knowledge base and demand prices are reasonable. People are sheep-- they want to flock to Bellingham or the NW which is nice, but not cheap.

I feel like I see most of the 7.5M every time I go to Seattle....everything feels crowded.
