Do people in Cornwall generally have the Celtic look, i.e. ginger hair, green eyes and freckles, or are they more Anglo-Saxon, ie tall, blue-eyed with northern European facial structures?

Also, what's the culture like there and how do they see their identity? Is the independence movement and the Cornish language a real big deal?

They are British. Does that answer your question?

You didn't use (racist) buzzwords like admixture, haplogroups, and other words describing genetic characteristics in your post, so no.

They are white (apart from those that are not), they have dark hair, blond hair, mid brown hair and some have red hair, they have brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes, hazel eyes, some are tall, some of them are short, some of them are medium hight, some have Northern European facial structures (whatever they are supposed to be) but some of them do not, some of them I believe are fat but some are also really rather skinny, a lot of them are fairly 'medium' sized. I know that it sounds like I am being 'facetious' but really I am not - there is no particular Cornish look - stunning looking place though and their pasties are delicious.

You know, there ought to be some other forum for this kind of discussion. Just as there ought to be some other forum for what keeps cropping up on the genealogy forum: "Guess what ethnicity I am." Then they show a picture of themselves and everyone guesses "what" they are.

The Ethnicity Forum. lol. Seriously, would it be an anthropology forum? That doesn't sound quite right either. Or maybe one great long thread in here to which all questions about ethnicity could be directed. (Pity the poor moderator though.)
