Yeah I hear ya! Same boat. I actually got through four times today. All reps and no agents! Two weeks now with no pay is unacceptable but they don't care!

I'm on hold now! 30 minute wait time to speak to a rep and not an agent I'm sure but I keep trying. I have to! I have mouths to feed and the NJDOL doesn't give a crap!
When I call, and it says the "" Agents are busy call back tomorrow""
It it then hangs up on me afterwards

Her post said she had a fairly quick resolution and was paid for all the back weeks.
Tomorrow I will find out if they "fixed" their technical issues, since Friday is my fallback day.
