Yeah I hear ya! Same boat. I actually got through four times today. All reps and no agents! Two weeks now with no pay is unacceptable but they don't care!

Absolutely! If they know how to fix this, why aren't they? It's frustrating!

Morning guys/gals

Same thing today
I dont know how anybody is able to get through to speak to them

I have tried numerous times, and every time the system says
"due to the high call volume agents bla bla bla, call back tomorrow"""

I had even tried the other numbers like you have recommended, and same thing.

Argggggggg !!

I have been checking the news, and the only news story is this from 2 days ago

I'm on hold now! 30 minute wait time to speak to a rep and not an agent I'm sure but I keep trying. I have to! I have mouths to feed and the NJDOL doesn't give a crap!

How do you get to be "on hold"

When I call, and it says the "" Agents are busy call back tomorrow""
It it then hangs up on me afterwards

The trick is to keep trying....Over

..and Over ...and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over..
..and Over ...and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over..
..and Over ...and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over..
..and Over ...and Over... and Over... and Over... and Over Again.

Eventually, it will say " All agents are busy...please hold".
Wait-time? YMMV.

Holy cow....
I might drive to their facilities and stand outside with a megaphone.

Really though, I am tempted to do what the other person on the message board mentioned was to mail them.
Her post said she had a fairly quick resolution and was paid for all the back weeks.

Tomorrow I will find out if they "fixed" their technical issues, since Friday is my fallback day.
I will see if the site is working or not for me./ my account.

Its amazing we can put a man on the moon,
and helicopter on Mars
