EDD rep is telling me there is nothing wrong -- but I know for a FACT they are not accounting for a week..

I don't know what to do, I'm going to try calling again and see if I get someone else..

EDD really is bumming me out rigjht now

I have another rep maria who seems a little more willing to help.

Last rep told me "Aint no maybe, I'm right. You're current."

This one seems more willing to talk, I'm on hold, fingers crossed

YEP. maria says the forms on her computer aren't crossed out, but on mine the 2nd week is X'd out... WTH?

Somewhere something is being miscalculated either by YOU or THEM. Ask her to explain more -- dig deeper. You may or may not be owed these extra funds. .

Maria keeps putting me on hold, talking in circles now..

I am beginning to think EDD doesn't know what it's doing ..

Why am I unemployed but these people have jobs? lol

All the "YOUR BALANCE AFTER THIS PAYMENT" has been correct up until now.. for no reason at all lol

They are saying I'm caught up. So I am asking them, either my claim forms are wrong, and you're right.. or vice versa, so are my claim forms incorrect this entire time? she couldn't answer...

on hold to speak w/ manager now.
