I am on EB with about 5 weeks left. MAss now tells me to call the claims center for they need additional information to see if I am eligible for benefits. Has anyone seen this before? I have no clue as to why.
thanks!

phone call means they may have some questions for you to answer. Just answer honestly and you should be fine. They may ask about your job search or other information.

I'm on Tier 1 in MA and haven't been told to call before, other than when I went from regular benefits to Tier 1. Have you called yet? What was your experience? Did everything work out OK?

In SC if they tell you to call and you don't they do hold your check. Can't imagine that is much different in your state.
