) to keep this thread going is matched only by the folks on other parts/threads of the Oklahoma Forum who keep trying to convince all us tried&true Okies that Oklahoma is in the "Midwest."
Anyone who mentions the Delfonics deserves some love IMO.
I miss RedBird and GoodPasture. There was a lot more sarcasm to go around on the Oklahoma Forum when they had no lives like the rest of us.

Yes. GoodPasture told me that he was leaving the City-Data forum , but _Redbird_ departure has been a shock and surprise to me.
P.S. I don't think that Oklahoma the state that is " is in the Midwest". I think that its in the Southwest . I will go a little bit further and say that Tulsa is Midwestern along
with Bartlesville and Nowata Oklahoma.
Fayetteville Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas is Southern (dye in the wool) the South.
Springfield Missouri is very conservative Midwestern.
And last but not least I don't have a problem with anybody that says that Oklahoma is a part of the (the South) during the Civil War Oklahoma picked up arms and joined forces with the Confederate Army.
