We are a senior couple thinking of moving to Richland. What are the best areas to concentrate our search? What areas should we stay away from?
We need 3 BR's, one level. nice yard, quiet neighborhood.

Depends on what you want as well. There are no "rough" areas in Richland as such. Do you want an older, semi-historic "letter" home, something newer, you want to be right on the bus line (such as it is) or don't care about that? Close to shopping, walk-able neighborhood? Most all of Richland is quiet.

Prices are all over the place. You definitely need to give a rough price range. IMHO you don't have to spend all the money to get a good house around here, but my idea of a good house may not correspond to your ideas.

The highest prices are in the Leslie and Gage region, I personally don't like it, but it is popular (well, I tend to reject what the majority likes, being like Marcus Aurelius...)
