Nope, I am almost positive that fireworks aren't allowed in Greeneville or Tusculum city limits. They are allowed in the county, though, so if you have some friends with a field you're all set!

You could always call the City to make sure.

Usually the city puts on a fireworks show at the fairgrounds, OR there are fireworks at Tusculum's Astros Pioneer Park if there's a game there. not sure... should be in the local paper.

Yep, like last year, the only big fireworks show in Greeneville will be at Pioneer Park following the game (July 3). You don't have to attend the game to enjoy the fireworks, of course.
Astros' fireworks

Now if your kids are true fireworks fanatics, you could drive up to Rogersville on the 4th and enjoy a truly spectacular display that lasts 40-45 minutes. Their show is sponsored by a local fireworks manufacturer and is well worth the drive and the huge crowds.
