With the median home price in the metro area being a little under $200,000; it really isn’t hard to find homes for under $400k in solid to very nice areas. That’s whether you look in the city of Syracuse, the suburbs or in rural communities in the metro area.
This can include condos and townhomes as well.

Really nice house under $200,000 just up the road from me. Have to act fast though, so many listings under contract within days of going on the market.
