I don't know about a barber Nelly, but I live near Euclid and West Pine and I go to the dry cleaner right at that intersection. It's called Tip Top Cleaners and it actually has several horrible reviews online. I've used them 3 times since moving to the CWE and I've never had any problems though.

Used Top Top Cleaners all the time at Euclid/West Pine ... which is one block over from Euclid/Lindell. General operations are run by about 4-5 older african-american ladies. They might come off as a little cold at first, but will warm up to you alot once you become a regular (if you are nice to them and not annoying like some people I have seen come in). They used to like me because I'd always walk in with my whisky and coke in a red cup when dropping off my shirts on Friday evenings
.
There is a hair cut shop near that intersection too, but never used them.
