There are legitimate uses for HGH. It's not illegal.. There could be a legitimate medical reason that she would need it.

It's only against policy in most major sports to use it.

Now Manning is filing a suit against this network. Smells fishy all the way around.
Is he trying to protect his wife's usage of the drug?
Or was it all fabricated?

Would there be a problem with Manning "trying to protect his wife's usage of the drug"?

manning is just protecting his good name a this point. filing a lawsuit is a double edged sword, and if there is evidence against manning it will come out in the open.

Is that confirmed? Because I suspect that no such suit will ever be filed owing to the potential pandora's box that is discovery.

Via the Denver Post:

The connection to HGH is not new for Guyer. As noted by The Indianapolis Star, a 2007 federal indictment against Thomas Bader and College Pharmacy of Colorado Springs alleged Guyer received Chinese HGH that was not approved by the FDA from College Pharmacy "on or around Feb. 22, 2007."

Bader was found guilty in 2010 and sentenced to 40 months in prison for illegally importing human growth hormone from China and other charges related to his sale of HGH.
Sports columnist Bob Kravitz discussing illegally being prescribed HGH at the Guyer Institute:

An employee at the Guyer Institute confirming that Charlie Sly worked there in 2011, contrary to recent assertions by both Sly and Guyer:

Seriously, with tens of millions of dollars on the line, does anyone really believe a professional athlete would seek treatment at this dump for any legitimate reason?:

[quote=Ted Bear;42422531]America's sport. America's heroes. It all fits so nicely.

For those that discount Al Jazeera, it is a very high quality news effort, formerly own by Al Gore

This so funny I'm ready to wet myself.

First of all, why the hell would any real American care about al jizzerea and what they think?

High quality news effort? Oxymoron.

And finally a sentence containing both quality AND algore.

Mod comment: I'm going to close this thread as a new thread with more developments have popped up on the pro football sub forum. As this issue deals with football players and not just athletes in general it is a better fit in the football sub forum.

The thread is titled: 2nd Source Claimed That They Shipped HGH to Manning.
