Indoor slow-medium paced hard courts with lowish bounce, like Paris and the London (WTF's) are right up Djoker's alley.
Very hard for anyone to beat him there.
Andy still has a chance at the AO imo, and possibly on clay - where he has improved substantially in recent times.

The groups for the ATP Finals are out;

Djokovic
Federer
Berdych
Nishikori

Murray
Wawrinka
Nadal
Ferrer

Murray's group would seem the hardest to call. Ferrer is the outsider there, but any 2 of the other 3 have a strong chance to progress. Murray may yet withdraw at some point as his attention is far more focused on the Davis Cup Final.

Djokovic & Federer to me are clear favourites to go through in the other group. Berdych & Nishikori are strong players but will need Djoko & Fed to have an off day if they're to stand a chance of making the semi's.

They should make this event the best of five sets.

Only Grand Slams, Davis Cup and Olympic Finals are BO5 now.
Many of the Masters Finals used to be for the Final only (eg Rome up til 2006), as did the WTF's Final (this ended in 2004).
But, the players have a long enough year, so there is no point in going back there imo.
Nadal has also complained about the YEC's always being on Indoor hard court, but that is the way it should stay:

Rafael Nadal shouldn’t be whining about not having clay courts at the ATP World Tour Finals | For The Win

Out of the top 8, most of them can win based purely on luck when they play best of 3 sets. Best of 5 sets truly test your skills where luck won't help you much.

Murray now just 1 win away from year end No2 after beating Ferrer today. He'll achieve that anyway if Federer doesn't win the tournament.

That's now 17 straight matches at the WTF's where the higher ranked player has won. Hopefully the matches will get more competitive as things go on.

Nadal beat Murray in two set, and set 2 was 6-1.

The WTF semi's are set.

Nadal vs Djokovic
Federer vs Wawrinka

Fed vs Stan was easily the best match of last years finals. A resurgent Nadal vs Djoko looks like a great match also.

I'm predicting a Djokovic vs Federer final with Djoko reversing the round robin loss against Roger.

Murray needs Federer to not win the tournament and he will finish the year at No.2

These four are arguably the true Big 4 right now.
