I like fallbrook area, but saw nice lands in Deluz and near temecula. What do you think is a nice area to raise 3 boys, hs ages.
Thanks

Really depends on what your kids are into. Some High School kids may be bored out of their skulls - there is nothing for HS kids to do in these areas. These are suburban bedroom communities on the fringe of rural areas.

Temecula is probably the best choice of the three, more stuff there. If your kids are into dirtbikes, horses, stuff like that, they may enjoy it.

Temecula is a very beautiful area. There is a huge-family oriented community in this area. Temecula is very modern, housing tracts are built often in the area. It's predominantly Caucasian, but there is diversity. Fallbrook is in the hills, and is very gorgeous. My grandfather used to live there, it's very spread out. The design of the city is sprawl. Fallbrook will be cheaper than Temecula. This is about all I know. Sorry, I've never heard of Deluz. Hope all goes well...Most importantly you won't feel any big city congestion, well of course the freeway.

Fallbrook is smaller and more scenic than Temecula, but your kids can easily enjoy both locations. Deluz? isn't that in the middle of nowhere. .Fallbrook is located close to Oceanside and your kids can easily access the beach or stores within minute. Personally, I'm not a fan of Temecula (warmer, drier, further from SD), but to each their own; visit all locations and see which one you like better.

Fallbrook has trees and hills likes upstate NY where I come from. Temecula seems too comercialize. I dont care for shopping and crowd. Deluz is north of fallbrook and west of 15 behind camp pedenton. I heard it is more red necks and really rural outhere. The country side is beautifull to drive thru and land seem cheaper near deluz. Realtors dont seem to care for deluz much...
Still looking. Thanks for your thoughts

I have been looking to move to the same areas (I am also from out of state). DeLuz, in my opinion, is pretty nice. Very scenic. Also, I have been looking at the high school systems also. Part of DeLuz goes to Temecula high schools (Chaparral), which is a plus. From what I can gather, the high schools are some of the best in the state, if not the country.
