I can tell you that Mansion House and Sandy Lane apartments are both in very good areas. Do not know anything about the others. Of the above 2, I would pick Mansion House - I really like that area of Cranston, very close to great shopping (Garden City, Warwick Mall, multiple stores nearby on Rt 2) as well as great access to highways (Rt 95, 295 etc).

Where will you be commuting to? Cranston is suburban and is very centrally located - 10 minutes to Providence. The Sandy Lane apartments, while in a nice area, it's a bit of a pain to get to the highway. I actually lived there for a year when I was first married (many years ago).

I will be commuting into Warwick for school. I have been debating either Prov or Syracuse and in a different thread for Syracuse I listed around 8 rentals and so far no positive feedback. I was surprised, but so far I am quite satisfied since you said 2 of the rentals are good places Thanks for the response!

The Sandy Lane area of Warwick is great. We also lived there for a year when first married. It has got some great shopping nearby, beaches not far, and a really good library. Traffic can be a bit much during rush hour but you'll find that in Cranston as well.

Mansion House on Oaklawn Ave is very nice and an excellent upscale area of Cranston with good highway access and great shopping within a mile. Highly recommended.

I live in Warwick, which is generally a nice community, and Sandy Lane area is a nice suburban strip, BUT Sandy Lane Apartments... well, just my opinion, mom always told me if you can't say anything nice don't say anything... I guess it would be possible to find some nice people to associate with there...

Evergreen is just north of Pawtuxet village on Broad Street and I think it is a nice complex I think three brick faced buildings in nice area.

Mansion House on Oaklawn would be the best bet for you. It's in a very nice area with lots of shopping, restaurants nearby. I would stay out of Pawtucket plus the drive would be a bear during the commute.
