I saw a KB development in Durham last year. While I wasn't crazy about the exteriors they offered the interiors looked nice. Does anyone have any opinions on this development in Clayton re: construction lot size general view on how the development came together? TIA.

I have a friend who id building a new home there.I think the homes are nice however the lots are small and seem crowed in to me.You will be right on top of your neighbors I think.

Yeah that's the impression I came away with from their development on Sherron Road in Durham. The homes were too close together and they were too close to the street. Thanks.
