I am searching for a "gentleman's farm" for me and my horses (maybe 5-10 acres) in the Wake Forest/Rolesville/Youngsville/Zebulon area and need to find a realtor who knows that market and will really put in the effort to find what I'm looking for. Also looking for land to hold as an investment, which ideally would be part of the "gentleman's farm" (so in addition to the 5-10 acres for my home and pasture land for the horses) but doesn't have to be. I understand that realtor recommendations aren't allowed to be posted to this forum so please direct message me with recommendations and/or anything or anyone to be wary of. Much appreciated!
