Another cute HOA-ISH community where I pass every day. NO gate or anything lots of trucks. Not sure of prices.

They have about 4 resales and A FEW NEW CONSTRUCTION LOTS. By the "ESTUARY" HAHAHA.

Even with extensive NATURAL FOLIAGE some people just can't grasp the concept of a driveway.

Ooooh REBELS LOL. ( I actually have NO PROBLEM with that crap personally because I'm very Libertarian EXCEPT when it comes to me wanting to live in an HOA that I consider a good fit for ME - I fully support people enjoying their personal property in any way they want - but it is funny to me.)

OK I think that neighborhood is outside your range. Hidden Lakes where they're building.

But you get my drift. There ARE some around.

People considering an HOA MIGHT want to make use of the Indian River County site to read ALL THE DOCS before getting all excited for one or the other, since Eagle Trace just amended theirs for pets and there's an aggressive breed dog bylaw.

There is also other information like liens etc.

Exactly. That's why I ALWAYS say someone should rent before buying here relocating. Albeit any "good buys" are fading.

There are so many really PRETTY neighborhoods that aren't new but lush landscaping etc.

Another thread from a househunter I posted PICS to. This one neighborhood is gorgeous. Center of Vero. The Crossing on 4th. (this guy ended up finding something in Sebastian)

I took a picture of one house having two dogs barking at my car with an invisible fence. NOW, as a dog walker, I'm probably able to deal with that and get them to shut up for ME...but most people wouldn't like it. But the neighborhood is really pretty.

We have MANY MANY Like this.

https://www.city-data.com/forum/port-...-rent-out.html

When I lived in Jacksonville you couldn't believe how the INSIDES didn't match the outsides with all the upscale interior renovations over the years.

Yeah and it's weird even in some new HOAs they may have a large-er lot, even pie shaped but they set the house far BACK so you lose your back yard. BUT like those pictures of the new lots by Suncor that estuary side is super duper wooded and private. So that's nice.

The trick may be to get a premium corner lot. So the property that ISN"T YOURS feels like it's yours. Like Shannon's WALK where I showed you the one with the pool. Backs up to that acreage. Or the ones with a "lake".
