Isn't that the same proportions we advocate in our progressive tax system? Shouldn't be a stretch for Barry.

Scary part is what is in the details like the jobs bills containg wording that restricts money from leaving the US along with all banks must report on US customers and how much is in there account or those banks are not allowed to do bussiness in the US.
