I had read some about this issue of an increased salary, and patronage for a staff member intimately associated with Wolfowitz, but what strikes me to the core is that this employee of the World Bank is holding a position with a Foundation--that receives funds from the World Bank.

As a former government employee, I had to relinquish all of my ties to any board I was a member of, and in some cases, even if that foundation received no funds from the government. It is part of all government employees contract or at least that is what I had been told.

What are people's views on yet another scandal in the making--however small!

conflict of interest is applicable to most, except in this administration. recall also that Halliburton/whistle-blower scandal ...

Business as usual, sadly.

I know people are more interested in Rosie, but I find these little resignations of top administrative members rather telling.

So, Wolfowitz will resign at the end of June!
