hmm...interesting...the everglades are protected, and made land in S. Florida more valuable due to restrictions....Why doesnt she tear up her home state of Minnesota instead? not as much beautiful wildlife...

Plenty of beautiful wildlife up in MN, and gladly no oil... yet.
Why bother drilling somewhere that's barely gonna put a dent in our gas prices? We consume so much oil, and our reserves so little, that nothing's gonna get done, I'll admit that much
Why doesnt she talk about getting venezuela's oil from Chavez, instead of destroying Florida? venezuelas sitting on tons of it...thats just sad, Florida is losing its last remaining beauty...The Keys have already been destroyed

Florida is one of those few places in the U.S. where they should have developed it like England and the old cities of the northeast. Lots of rowhouses and duplexes. Hell, look at any city or town in the Northeast and all you'll find are rowhouses and duplexes
That makes no sense. Florida has natural beauty, but its being destroyed. Plus have you been there??? lol, there is no infrastructure/jobs/mass transit to support "rowhouses".
The Northeast has a scarcity of land. Hence, they build duplexes, multi-family dwellings.

That's what I was alluding to in my post. They should HAVE (past tense) done that before the state got built up. Then you would have the density that would make mass transit viable. That's what Nexus4Jersey always harped on about
Rowhouses, townhouses, whatever you wanna call them. I suppose townhouse would be the more modern term.
